GoogleWe chose to sell our flat with KFH as they had good presence in Balham, a great value commission and seemed professional yet personable. Fortunately they definitely didn't disappoint! We had plenty of viewings as soon as the flat came on the market and sold within a month. From then Salomon took over the management of our sale and his level of service and responsiveness was outstanding! He was always on top of everything and constantly chasing everyone on our behalf. GoogleFantastic experience with Mortgage Advisor Kevin Hurley. He helped us when we bought our house, via KFH initially, Stephen Saidu found us our home after a lot of searching. 2 years down the line, Kevin got us an even better rate mortgage, working over the holidays to get it done and communicating with us continuously...and keeping us in check! Cannot recommend him enough and Kevin will always be out first port of call in future.

GoogleThe letting team, headed by Will Brindley (MARLA) have, over the past 4 years, found 4 sets of tenants for my flat. Abs Odukoya (MARLA), second in charge, extremely efficiently found the last 2 sets of tenants. Abs knows exactly how to market my flat to the target demographic, and the changeovers have always gone very smoothly. Will and Abs have achieved exactly the right mix of professionalism and friendliness and I have total confidence in them as letting agents, and will continue to use Kfh. The whole team has a very welcoming attitude, and are excellent at advising and reassuring me. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with a property to let.
