GoogleKFH really are excellent at what they do. They handled the sale of my 1-bed flat and got me the price I needed for my onward purchase. I would caution other potential sellers that the price they quote doesn't include VAT. It caught me out when they first quoted - their argument is they don't get the money, but when it comes to knowing your fees - it's important for us as sellers to calculate the full cost. Having said that, they still do exactly what they say on the tin.

GoogleWith the market as it is I have had to manage viewing lots of properties through different agents in SE19, SE20 and SE25. Mohammed at KFH is by far the most professional and best of all the agents I've been dealing with. He goes the extra mile in many ways by providing viewings of properties and areas we would not normally look at to open up the possibilities and also also putting in the time when we were late for appointments for various reasons. Most of all, he's human and provides that personal touch when he knows that this is such a big investment and lots of emotions are running around. His knowledge of the market and the properties we see is very positive. It reflects and makes KFH an agent you want to recommend and work with in the future. Thanks

GoogleWe've had the pleasure of dealing with Siân Fontaine at KFH in Crystal Palace, who we've nothing but praise for. She's personable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super professional (beyond her years), full of energy and always comes straight back on e-mails and will have new suggestions when needed. Siân has a knack of doing this without being pushy, simply by listening and constantly encouraging you. GoogleKFH are genuinely the best letting agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with to date. This opinion is completely due to the high level of service recieved by Ren Fergus, a senior negotiator. From start to finish he has been a pleasure to work with; always highly responsive, consistent, positive and optimistic. I could easily run out of superlatives to describe just how good he has been, and I sincerely look forward to working with him and KFH again.

GoogleAs a local conveyancing solicitor we work closely with a number of estate agents in the local area, however I personally have never dealt with KFH in Crystal Palace until now where we recently completed a sale for a mutual client. They assisted me throughout the sale transaction to ensure communication was clear between both parties and their respective solicitors and ultimately it helped my client exchange contracts with their buyer. Thank you for your hard work and I hope we will in the future work together on further transactions.

GoogleAfter having a bad experience with another local agent, I was sceptical of using agents, however we just missed out on a property that KFH was marketing, nevertheless, Tiffany took her time to send through other similar properties; she explained the process of renting and even gave us all documents to read before making a decision. She provide a professional service, always available (even out of hours). I honestly couldn't ask for a better service and highly recommend her and KFH for future letting services.

GoogleI dealt with Mo Ahmad at KFH Chrystal Palace and all I can say is I wish there were more stars I could rate with. He is professional, understanding and more than anything else he gives a service which is second to none. The arrogance I have experienced with other agents is just not there and in deals I have done that took months to push through he never gave up. He was tenacious in all the best ways. Every sale I do in their patch they will definitely get the instruction thanks to Mo. On a personal level I feel we have become friends and has always kept me in the loop in an honest and transparent way. Mo Thanks so much MASSIVE thanks from me

GoogleThe entire sale/purchase was something we don't want to relive for a LONG time - but none of that can be attributed to Michael and KFH, who worked tirelessly to get everything across the line. He was generally very communicative and particularly pro-active in getting us a number of new offers after previous buyers' dropped out days before exchange, and he also went above and beyond to chase pretty useless solicitors and sellers up and down the entire chain. My only minor feedback point would be not to overpromise. Sometimes we'd be expecting updates or be promised that we were days away from something happening, only for nothing to materialise. This only adds to an already frustrating experience, and so it's probably better to be realistic about what can/can't be achieved. Anyway, thanks again for your help Michael.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Penge through the KFH Crystal Palace branch. From start to finish the process was managed so professionally and personally by the whole team. Our agent was Siân who maintained a calm efficient and reassuring manner at all times. I can’t recommend them highly enough and have already done so to a friend who is selling in CP. A really fantastic team of people led by Tyrone. They are leaps and bounds ahead of any competition.

GoogleWonderful service from start to finish from Amy. From giving us lifts to other house viewings not with KFH, through to unrelenting tenacity to push our purchase through to completion. We went from offer to move in within three months, and it would have dragged out longer without Amy's efforts. We didn't use KFH for our sale, but don't believe the blurb around online agents like Purple Bricks or Nested. They don't get you the price you want and they don't put in the hard yards that a reputable local agent does. On our sale we sold for £75k more than what Nested valued the house at and £50k higher than Purple Bricks' valuation. We also sold in a week. In short: use a local agent, and if you're in Crystal Palace, KFH would be a very good option.

She was so positive and helpful from the time that we first met her on appointment date till the whole process is finished. GoogleWe sold our family home through KFH Crystal Palace and they were excellent. Not only did Sian do an excellent job of selling the property straight away, she managed the sale through right to the end. We were kept up to date with where everyone was in the chain and Sian liaised with all the various parties, including solicitors, to ensure we completed swiftly and with minimum stress. Professional and friendly team. Highly recommend.

She was very friendly and professional, answered emails really quickly, was able to help me do a later viewing when I had to work long hours, and was really clear on the process the whole way through. I would really recommend working with Amy.
