GoogleSian at the Crystal Palace office was such a helpful person to work with during the process of buying our first home. Although we only met once in person due to COVID, I felt very reassured by her regular, friendly phone calls; she always kept us informed, and didn't put undue pressure on us during tricky moments during the sale. Would highly recommend working with her through KFH.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Crystal Palace. The agent was very slow coming back to me from when the offer was first placed. I had to chase them on several occasions throughout the purchase process. I can't help but think the sale would have been smother and quick had they not been involved. Safe to say I will not be using them when i come to sell my property.

GoogleIt was great to cooperate with James!! He did his best to find a property for me. He motivated me with the renting process and referencing and he was keeping me updated with any latest news. We had a problem with a landlord right before moving in date and James did his best to find me a new property asap!! I highly recommend!!
