GoogleI cannot recommend KFH Crystal Palace enough! I found the experience smooth, quick and easy. I highly appreciate the service provided by Mohamed our lettings agent. The communication has been excellent and we have been kept informed of every stage of the process in a clear and accessible way. Fabulous customer service, overall a very positive experience. GoogleWe are about to move into a rental property with KFH, and we’ve had a really positive experience so far dealing with Kyle, who has helped us set up the agreement and get everything sorted. He’s very prompt with replying to emails, he has passed on our questions to the landlord without delay and has been efficient in sending through all relevant documents. GoogleOne word: TIFFANY!! Every time I called this office, everyone was great! Customer services was always top tier as everyone is so welcoming. I was in the market for a new property to let and was in touch with Tiffany Akoto. She is an absolute legend and amazing at what she does. From the onset, we let her know what we wanted and she kept it in the back of her mind and only showed us properties that were exactly to our standards. Within the space of 24hrs, she found us the most amazing and perfect place and we were able to put an offer in for a new place to let. Her level of professionalism whilst remaining personable is unmatched! I would definitely recommend her and everyone at this branch. Top 2! GoogleTanyel at KFH was so brilliant and helpful in our property search. She listened to exactly what we wanted and really guided us through the process, patiently working around busy diaries. She’s so nice and a pleasure to speak to - really feel like she wanted the best for us. We would definitely sell the property with her after this experience (but hopefully not for a while…!).
