GoogleRecently purchased a house in CP with the help of Trenae Anderson (sales negotiator). If everyone had been as helpful and competent as Trenae, then this would have been a totally hassle free transaction. As it was, Trenae pulled the whole thing together, was always available and went above and beyond to get the purchase through on our timetable. If we were to sell in the next few years we would certainly trust KFK and Trenae to handle the matter. Really top quality and a good outcome. Well done the team.

GoogleWhat an amazing experience with KFH Crystal Palace and Siân! We've had a drawn out process of buying, beyond the control of everyone. Throughout the whole process, Siân has been incredible, from the initial viewings where she was approachable and honest, to the back and forth of the last 6 months or so. Siân would also liaise with the vendor with any questions we had, unlike other agents. After our experience, it's clear why KFH are market leaders, and we can't thank them or Siân enough!

GoogleKFH just sold my South London flat recently. Throughout the process I found them at all times to be friendly, approachable, professional and very proactive. No question was ever too silly for them to answer and especially towards the end when things started to look precarious, I found their regular updates and overall approach invaluable in pushing it all through. Before I started the process, a friend advised me to make sure I appointed a decent estate agents, and in KFH I certainly found one.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with all the time wasted dealing with this estate scamming agency! The only thing important to them are, getting viewings and scamming innocent people out of money with no real intention of offering you the property. DO NOT pay a holding deposit! They will take your money, leave you on hold and gas light you. I learnt my lesson BIG TIME as a first time renter. Beware! I wish I could give it -1 star rating.NegativeQuality

GoogleWe were very happy with the service we received from KFH in Crystal Palace. The agent, Fatos Rustem, was terrific. We had a great feeling about her the minute we met her. Unlike some agents we never felt like we were being given the hard sell. She always came across as very professional, friendly and honest. Qualities that were so important when making the biggest purchase of our lives.
