GoogleDavid, Joe, Jamie and Samie were great to deal with: really personable, warm, efficient and above all honest. I never felt like I was being given the sales patter or told something they thought I wanted to hear. In my experience this is rare with estate agents and in that sense they are gold. I would absolutely use them again were I buying or selling in the area.PositiveQuality

GoogleKFH is a very professional lettings agency and me and my partner are happy having them on our side. The agent Andre Williams was very kind, professional and patient. He showed us the best flat for our budget and helped us to secure it. The entire rental process was fast and not complicated.

GoogleI was very pleased with the way I was dealt with at the agency. Med Moroglu and Spencer Stylianou were always professional in their behaviour, clear in their communication, efficient and effective in their work and very friendly at the same time. They quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and managed to deliver exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend both of them and the agency they work for.

GoogleWe were very pleased with our experience of finding a beautiful flat that we wanted to rent. Post covid finding a place we like was tougher than we imagined. Oceane was very helpful and we are very grateful for all the help and support we received from her and her colleagues. Will highly recommend their service.

GoogleI highly recommend KFH. They were very professional and their process is smooth. I felt they were on top of everything throughout. A special thanks to Joe Newson, at the West Hampstead branch. He made the whole thing so much less stressful for me. He was very quick to respond to any of my calls or emails and do the chasing of all parties.

She was very professional, arranged a viewing as soon as she could on the day for us and kept us up to date with all the information we needed during the course of the day and finally we successfully managed to rent the flat with her guidance . GooglePlease do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!

GoogleThis review is my my personal experience which will hopefully help other tenants to avoid a similar situation. Throughout our tenancy our needs had been continuously neglected, any fixtures prolonged for months, at the lowest point leaving us without a fridge for 6 months (!!!!) at which point we had to raise an official compaint to the seniors of the agency. Our requests to return the deposit were ignored, forcing us to raise a dispute. In the dispute they accused us of breaking window blinds (we had been asking them to fix those blinds for months before the end of our tenancy all of which was documented), and the dishwasher (while also submitting the evidence that the dishwasher was in good condition upon our check-out). We won the dispute, because they had no grounds of keeping it, but the amount of time that had been wasted on this will not be possible to reclaim. For future tenants, make sure you document everything before moving out - ensure that any unfixed things are signed off of your liability in written form, taken photos of empty cupboards and rooms etc.

GoogleI enquired about a flat and Safiye was kind enough to show me the flat on the spot. I ended up going for a different flat but I was very happy with the way I was treated. She answered all of my questions and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend KFH if you’re looking to rent.
