We dealt with Rebecca on the lettings team when moving into our new apartment. Rebecca was incredibly efficient, getting back to my enquiry within an hour of placing it (and actually returning it which seems to be rare for some other estate agents!). She was polite, friendly and professional from the start, and her back and forth contact and updates have been faster than my expectations would want them to be. Despite COVID-19, she has clearly adapted to this situation really well keeping in regular contact and getting our tenancy set up quickly. I recently moved to Uk and engaged with KFH for my house hunt after going through several agents on rightmove and zoopla apps. My experience with them has really been fantastic specially my Lettings negotiator Reece based in West Hampstead is a great guy. I really like the humane approach taken around my house hunt. Unlike others who just take basic details and start throwing you with options which are neither as per ur needs, taste or affordability. Reece acted as a friend and put in great effort to understand and help. I loved his professionalism and never say no attitude. Highly recommended!!

We have now used KFH to obtain our last 2 tenants for our flat in NW London. James Boal has been the lead in both cases and he and his team have kept us fully informed throughout the letting process. However, the critical thing for us has always been to get good, solid, quality tenants more than the highest possible rent and that is what James and his team have accomplished so far. What I also like is that they don't have the same volume of staff turnover we saw in the agency we previously used so you get to build and sustain a relationship with the team involved without fear they'll all be gone in a few months.

I have just sold my property with Alex Singh at KFH West Hampstead. I couldn't recommend or thank him enough. It was far from an easy sale, with complications regarding solicitors and leasehold. Alex kept the sale constantly on track and me calm! He continually liaised between brokers and solicitors and was always pushing things on when as the seller you are powerless to do so. Can’t speak for the sales or letting but the mortgage advisor Med Moroglu was fantastic for us. We initially had a meeting where he happily explained all of our options and assessed our borrowing potential.
