GoogleBeware of KFH West Hampstead - An Appalling Real Estate Service I had an utterly terrible experience with KFH West Hampstead while renting a flat from them. The conditions of the apartment were deplorable, and they deceived both the property owner and us as tenants about its state. They assured us that a professional cleaning service would leave the flat spotless, but upon moving in, we discovered a complete mess and had to clean every nook and cranny ourselves for three weeks. KFH West Hampstead's service is the worst I've ever encountered in my life. Not only did they fail to meet their promises, but they have also completely ignored our requests for help and refuse to respond to us now. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this agency and seek a more reputable and trustworthy one for their housing needs. Furthermore, KFH West Hampstead made another promise to remove all the belongings from the flat, leaving it empty for our move-in. However, they left everything behind, cluttering the entire place and adding to the chaos. It was an additional disappointment that showcased their lack of responsibility and professionalism. This experience has left us frustrated and deeply dissatisfied with their services. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with KFH West Hampstead to avoid going through the same dreadful ordeal. Adding to the distressing experience, on the two occasions I attempted to visit the flat to take measurements or assess its condition, the agent from KFH West Hampstead displayed complete disregard for my needs. On both visits, he seemed eager to rush through everything, claiming it was his last appointment and pressuring me to complete the tasks hastily. During one of the visits, he even mentioned having plans to meet friends far away and allowed me only 5 minutes in the property. This unprofessional behavior further reflects the agency's lack of consideration for their clients and their commitment to providing satisfactory services. It is evident that KFH West Hampstead's priorities lie elsewhere, and they seem more interested in their convenience than meeting their clients' expectations.

GoogleWe have worked with Med Moroglu (senior mortgage consultant) twice over the last few years and he is an absolute star. He is knowledgeable on the market, he is extremely diligent, he communicates really well, he leverages his relationships with the banks to get the best terms, and he's incredibly dedicated to his job. No way we could have got our property purchase done without his help and relentlessness in getting us through some thorny issues. 11/10 would recommend to anyone thinking of going with him His team including Heather, were incredibly on top of the entire process and helped us with speeding it along (eg, chasing lawyers for updates, making sure things were moving).

GoogleI initially contacted KFH in West Hampstead purely due to their local presence and dominant market share, not having had any business relationship with them previously. However, when I met James I was very impressed with his local market knowledge, and it was a real meeting of minds in terms of his and my thoughts as to how to market the property for rental and the likely profile of a suitable tenant. He showed genuine enthusiasm for our property and I appointed him on the spot. Within an hour he had brought round his senior colleagues to see the flat and within 24 hours he had photos taken and his marketing description for Zoopla completed. The turnaround was extraordinarily fast and FKH have certainly delivered to my expectations and more. Very happy to recommend!

GoogleThe level of service we have received has been second to none during our recent tenancy application and set-up. Nye was attentive at all stages of the application and has been in constant contact to make sure we knew our application's status. We've also appreciated how quick Nye's been to respond to emails or get on the phone to address any queries or concerns we've had. In addition to the practical elements, Nye has also been incredibly approachable and friendly with us throughout. We really feel that Nye has gone above and beyond, and has made what can be a stressful experience really streamlined for us.

They were tenacious in marketing our property which resulted in a successful sale during a difficult time for the property market. They kept me informed at all times and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Special mention to David who came in on his Sunday on two occasions.

GoogleAdvertised floor plan was about 10% larger than the actual flat. We pointed out the discrepancy, they pulled the rental contract, claiming this is normal. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

She understood exactly what we wanted, followed up regularly and physically visited a place for us (since we were not in London). She provided us with some great options. Safiye Arayan was highly communicative and went the extra mile to make sure I got the home I wanted. The team were personable and professional.
