GoogleNye was absolutely brilliant when we were looking to find a place to rent. Lined up a couple of properties to view on the same day, was super responsive during the whole rental application period and very professional. Would recommend him and KFH to everybody.

GoogleWe recently rented our mansion block apartment through KFH and the level of service, communication and professionalism was world class. Both Kelly and Rebecca are smart and experienced within lettings and guided us through a lot of the process which was new to us. This was key for us as we work full time in busy jobs and time isn’t on our side. They were able to find fantastic tenants within a week and all viewings were great potential tenants. GoogleKFH are simply the best a finding and dealing with Tenants. They are efficient, courteous, and most importantly, are always available to answer any query. James Boal at West Hampstead is one of the best letting agents I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

GoogleProbably the worst estate agent in London. Reece Wallace is the poorest example of honesty and integrity. If you want to know why estate agents have a bad reputation, KFH West Hampstead is the perfect example. We dealt with Reece Wallace, a person with no integrity or decency whatsoever , he lies, cheats, and even played with the paperwork hoping we would not pickup what he was doing. He will say anything and do anything to make sure he gets the deal signed and his commission.....Be very careful! He moved us in to a property claiming it was ready, repaired, and clean....delayed giving us the keys by a day as 'he was making sure it was ready'. Yet, when we moved in there was no heating, boiler was broken, the property was filthy, half the items on the agreed upon to be fixed where not done, and when I called him to tell him, he said it was "not his problem!" To move a 90 year old woman in to a property that was filthy and with no heating....A true low life with no decency. Unforutunate to see that KFH keep people like that working for them. We are proceeding with formal complaints and hope that such behaviour is stopped once and for all.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThe rentals team at KFH in West Hampstead always attract great quality tenants and are extremely professional and helpful in organising the whole process from the paper work to the practical necessities when a new tenant moves in - making sure both sides are well looked after and kept up to date with all eventualities. Kelly Duffy was an absolute star during my recent new tenancy which involved a lot of rescheduling due to ongoing works - it all worked out very well in the end. The property I was inquiring about was no longer available but Kelly Duffy from KFH took my contact details and information in regards to what I was looking for. She called me up a few days later about a property that might be of interest to my husband and I. From the get-go, Kelly has been responsive, understanding and has had great listening skills. We secured the property that she had in mind for us which was great because we were on a strict timeline and had quite a few specifications. Great communication with me asking questions that may have been a waste of time but he kept it professional and gave me a great experience. Brilliant service from Nye will be back for my renewal!

GoogleI have been to a lot of estate agents. I walked in to KFH WESTHAMPSTEAD and was greeted by a guy called Reece. He looked very smart and came at us with a very big smile. He wasn't pushy like other estate agents we've been to. Listened to every word we said and took it into account. He found us a lovely flat and agreed to go and view it. Again very polite when we walked in as he spoke to the then current tenant. Made sure she felt comfortable and then asked us politely to come in. He showed us around he explained every feature we requested and it was there. He didn't make up lies he said it as it was. Which made us feel very comfortable and made us want the flat even more. We agreed the rent and went back to the office and done all the paperwork. Again he made sure we are comfortable with everything. When we got the keys he was very pleased and helped us with a few bags into the house. I would recommened them with my eyes closed. Thanks REECE Hanady ST cuthberts road

GoogleWe recently completed on a property purchase with the help of Jamie Maguire. Jamie was super professional and we would recommend him highly. He was quick to respond to queries, mediated well between us and the sellers, and he was knowledgable, proactive and friendly. GoogleHighly recommend! Kelly has been completely hands-on throughout the entire process of finding a flat since the moment we reached out about one we had seen online and has seen us all the way through to the end. There are, unfortunately, so many agencies out there who don't see you as human but only as another thing that stands in between them and their commission, but I never once got that feeling with Kelly, which I'm very thankful for!

GoogleI recently dealt with David Moreton and his team at West Hampstead, I cannot put into words how efficient and hard-working they all are individually. I now understand why they are the most popular estate agent in West Hampstead. A few people had recommended them, but to be honest I wasn’t expecting anything special. However, I have to say from beginning to end the service was great and they made what is generally a pretty stressful time a lot smoother. GoogleElliot (from KFH West Hampstead) has been fantastic at at helping me with my search for a 1 bed property. He is lovely to work with, exceptionally professional and would always update me every step of the way. Elliot made sure he understood what it was that I was looking for and showed me properties accordingly. What I was even more impressed about was that even though Elliot was off during the week on annual leave, he knew what I was after and made sure if a certain property came on the market, that Reece was to reach out, to me to make sure I booked in a viewing.

Kelly handled the situation very professional and got me moved in less than a week. She went above and beyond any other estate agent I’ve had, finding alternative living places, keeping tight communication with me and being very patient considering how stressed I was. KFH West Hampstead was very straight forward process and have reassured me every step of the way. I’m really happy to move into my property and know if I have any queries they will be more than accommodating to help

She has been hands on and responsive to all my queries - btw a lot of queries as I come from overseas and did not know anything about the whole renting proccess in London.
