GoogleI would like to thank David and Liam for the sale of our flat. David gave a fair valuation and his team found a buyer fairly quickly. Although the sale didn't go through as quickly as we would have liked, we got there in the end.

GoogleWorst service ever They don’t care about emergencies They lie, and there is no communication between they’re staff, nobody knows what’s happening any where, only the rent money that matters They left me with 2 babies for 3 days without water, they don’t help when you call them, emergencies doesn’t exist for them, they emergencies phone line is worthless, the property manager is never available, all they do is ask for pictures, and pass the responsibility to someone else because no one there wants to work I regret so much for renting a flat with this company Is literally the worst experience I ever had living in london

GoogleBuying a home these days is not as enjoyable as we initially thought ! But, with the outstanding help from the excellent team at KFH West Hampstead, the process has been far less stressful . Must specifically mention Alex Fegan, a true breath of fresh air in the house-hunting process. An agent who doesn’t just listen but really understands what we are looking for and who works exceptionally hard to that end. We are both really impressed with this young man’s communication skills and bright approach. Couldn’t recommend him & the West Hampstead team highly enough.

GoogleWe were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly. However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.
