GoogleI found a flat to rent through KFH with the help of Elliott Brown. The process was efficient and Elliott was very responsive with scheduling the viewing last minute and following up on the leasing process. I have rented two properties now with KFH Belsize Park and W. Hampstead and definitely recommend them.

GoogleNot so good experience. Dealt with Zoe in my search, no timely response, no updates for a few days. When i escalated to the manager David, got a very blunt response via email. Unprofessional and poor.

GoogleI’ve had a lot of dreadful experiences with letting agents in London over the last few years but I will be recommending KFH to my friends. Nye in particular was great. He went out of his way to be helpful at every turn and was always on hand to answer any concerns we had. I’ve found that it’s quite rare to feel like an estate agent is on your side but in this case I really did. Thanks for all the help!
