GoogleKFH letting team worked really hard for us and found us excellent tenants. As a result, we decided to appoint them to manage our flat too. Very responsive and very nice to deal with. Particular mention and thanks to Rebecca Z and Rebecca B.

GoogleThanks to the team at KFH and in particular to Chloe. Chloe was always friendly, positive and determined, guiding us through the transaction and offering support and her time to get us over the line. Many thanks!

GoogleAn overall stunning experience. The team at KFH West Hampstead, in particular Dillen Ven, went over the top to assist with my purchase. I felt that the team acted very much like investment brokers and thus offered more than I expected.

GoogleKFH provided an amazing customer service and helped us massively with our flat-hunting. Martina is the best lettings agent I have ever met, and I will absolutely contact KFH next time I need to look for a flat. Top notch agency.

GoogleMy partner and me completed a house purchase in West Hampstead few weeks ago and our experience with KFH was super positive. Our agent was Jamie, which has been helpful throughout the entire process. Every time we had queries, he was always fast in answering and helping us to find an answer and a solution. I wouldn't exaggerate if I say that if it wasn't for him, we probably wouldn't have managed to buy the house. Thanks, Jamie!

GoogleRebecca from KFH helped me to find a property and although we found a property in East London instead she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She was enthusiastic and very proactive right from the start. Thanks Rebecca!

GoogleAvoid this shady business!!! KFH will do everything to screw you over, all they care about is taking your money. A definition of customer service does not exist here, they will break your contract, lie and ignore all the communication. I have been dealing with many agencies internationally and I have never seen anything so negligent!
Hi S J, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for KFH. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us and are keen to discuss this in more detail with you. Unfortunately we are not able to identify your details from the information provided so please get in touch with the West Hampstead branch directly to discuss. Kind Regards, KFH

GoogleI bought my property off Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) West Hampstead back in 2003 and they were brilliant to deal with then. Fast forward 18 years and I have just sold the same flat and they were equally fantastic. It was a long arduous process needing a reassuring hand, expert guidance and sometimes a shoulder to cry on which Chloe provide admiralty across the whole period. I could not have asked for anything more. She was fabulous. Supported by David, her manager and the rest of the team at KFH. I could not recommend them highly enough. As they say that form is temporary but class is permanent.

GoogleWhilst we went with another property in the end, the interactions with Zoe Browne were first class - professional, prompt and polite.

GoogleThey don't reply to emails and they don't get things that have been already signed done. They would promise things they cannot make happen and then ignore your emails when you ask for them. Terrible service in general. Once you sign the rent contract, they disappear, only show up to take your rent money, and then disappear again after.

GoogleTerrible agency (especially the St John’s Wood branch). They were in charge of finding new tenants for my fantastic landlord, and all they did was to leave the flat open while I wasn’t there multiple times following visits, breaking windows …

GoogleNot only did Rebecca find the perfect tenants to rent out my much loved home, but she took care of the entire process and made the whole experience seamless and pain free. Thank you Rebecca :-)
