GoogleWithout a doubt the single best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agency. I approached Rebecca on a Monday with a deadline of a move in date for the Friday. Rebecca met me the same day and showed me 3 properties that were all exactly what I’d asked for and within my budget. Not only did Rebecca make the whole experience incredibly easy, she went above and beyond. Working evenings to make sure all our relevant checks went through, she even delivered the keys to my friends house when I was unable to get into the office to pick them up. If you are looking to rent or buy in the North West London area you should 100% contact KFH.

GoogleRebecca was the only estate agent in West Hampstead who truly listened to our requests. She was animated, enthusiastic and super friendly. She listened and stayed in close communication. Highly recommend Rebecca.

GoogleI was assisted in finding an apartment to let for few months and James F. understood exactly what I was after and in no time he showed me my dream flat. We have been very happy with the service and attention that we got from start to finish, by all the team members. I highly recommend KFH for their top class service and for being a trustworthy estate agency. Honest, reliable and easy to deal with. Thank you for helping me out after few disappointments with other agencies in the high street.

GoogleWe cannot praise Reece Wallace enough with the wonderful job he had done in taking care of us and we really felt that he really put our interests first and we felt very looked after. In our property hunt, we have had to work with a number of real estate agents and Reece has by far outshone all of them by a mile. We will definitely be working with Reece again if we ever need to find another place to rent in the future.

GoogleKFH (and in particular Alex Singh) were professional and diligent throughout. I have subsequently returned to them for property advice over the years and always found the advice solid and reasoned.

GoogleI would highly recommend using KFH in West Hampstead. I had a great experience with them. What I liked about working with my estate agent, Alex, is that he was never too pressurising during the initial looking stage, as you often find with so many other agents. He took me through each stage of the buying process and explained everything clearly as we went along, always staying in touch and keeping me updated on what was happening. Thank you!

GoogleI was really impressed by the KFH West Hampstead team's professionalism and responsiveness. James Boal was my primary contact and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleHad excellent service from Abida, who helped with administration of the contract and other matters. Very approachable and reliable, made things smooth. Thank you! Also, can't but mention Rebecca, who was friendly, tactful and very pleasant to deal with. I ended up going with a place that was brought to me by the agent from another branch at KFH but Rebecca continued to be helpful and available to assist with my queries. Brilliant people skills, strongly recommend her services.

GoogleI made an enquiry about a flat in a website. Their WhatsApp account automatically sent to me to proceed chatting. Since then they have kept ignoring my messages (seen) in WhatsApp for no apparent reason…

GoogleI would like to thank ELLIOT for the time he devoted to help us find a home, he is absolutely professional and thorough. Super friendly and communication is great. He always kept us up to date with replies from the landlord, despite the pandemic he has given his best to allow us to see the houses as soon as possible.. Have no doubts about using this estate agent you will not be disappointed.

GoogleIt's tough to find a property in London. I feel so lucky to have had Sam as our negotiator - he has been the most accurate and dedicated agent I have ever encountered. I'm sure that I can recommend KFH if someone is looking for a property to move.

GoogleJust completed on the sale of our house. Alex Fegan at the West Hampstead office was great in handling the transaction. He was helpful and accommodating and went over and above his role to make the sale process smooth and painless. A thoroughly nice chap with whom it was a pleasure to go through the whole process. Thank you KFH.
