GoogleSuperior service and I've been more than pleased to work with KFH and team. Highly responsive, very thorough and will guide you through each step in a careful yet productive manner. I would highly recommend the KFH mortgage experience to my friends and family or whoever else is looking. A special shout out to Med and Heather and a true pleasure to work together.

GoogleAdam was excellent. The whole office were a pleasure to deal with. Adam's attention to detail made me feel at ease. The house sale finally went through during a pretty bad economic situation and he was professional and reliable all the way through. They all definitely worked hard sell my property and Adam was also at the end of a phone if I needed to rant about time waster buyers! Priceless....PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWow, absolutely brilliant experience with KFH. Fergus went over and beyond to answer my many questions, including visiting the property to take measurements for me. It is this attention to detail and commitment to the tenant that makes me absolutely certain I will work with KFH again in the future as my #1 choice. Before finding KFH, I had toured properties with almost every agency in North London and none come remotely close to the attention, professionalism shown by KFH and their collection of highly quality properties in Belsize Park. Highly recommend.

GoogleFantastic, warm and friendly service by Colin Gillibrand and the team in the KFH Belsize office. Recently moved from another agent and only regret is that I did not move to KFH sooner. I now have a lovely tenant and from viewings to taking up tenancy, Colin with his sound advice made it so easy, quick and hassle free. KFH Belsize have certainly got it right! Highly recommend them to any landlord who needs a good calibre of tenants for quick and easy rental without the fuss!

GoogleKFH did a phenomenal job in assisting to locate an ideal property for our family in the Belsize park area. We worked with Josh Wilson who was responsive, perceptive to our needs/interests and an overall pleasure to work with. The staff in the office including Charmaine Richards were all very strong with a keen attention to detail. Highly recommend this group to anyone in need of property assistance in Northwest London. They strike that rare balance of accommodating both the property owner and prospective tenant very well.

GoogleSabrina was helpful in getting us settled in our new flat. We'd asked to go back and see the flat a number of times to do measurements, check a few last things and she was helpful in arranging these - even in the days leading up to her wedding. She and the staff at KFH helped with all our questions and concerns. We've moved in London before and it wasn't as seamless as this. Thanks Sabrina and team

GoogleI was fortunate to have met Harry, Rori & Fergus from the KFH Belsize Park Branch. They showed me around many potential flats; however when I saw the "one" in Camden I instantly knew that I could see myself making that my home. Remembering back it was extremely stressful and there were a few setbacks experienced at the time. But Fergus did help and support me through every step of the way by keeping me fully informed and by staying in contact. You have to understand that at the time clients are anxious, having to patiently wait for the decision to say everything is finalised and you can finally move in to your new home. So clients can become very persistent and telephone several times a day for updates. Fergus always answered my calls and if he wasn't available he would always get back to me ASAP. Fergus is an asset to KFH as he went beyond his duty to help and support me every step of the way. He made sure everything went smoothly and I was happy with the outcome. I honestly believe I was only able to make this my home because of Fergus help and support. Through experience I can say at KFH every client does matter regardless of status and this certainly shows from the onset as everyone is treated equally. I do hope everyone is as lucky as me in having had the pleasure of doing business with KFH. I further wish potential clients luck in moving home. As honestly it's the most stressful thing to have to go through in ones life. Although at the end when you put your feet up and take in your new surroundings you definitely think to yourself - what a wonderful world - yes it was all worth it.

GoogleI recently sold my 2 bedroom flat through KFH in Belsize Park. I was happy with entire process from initial valuations through to a successful sale managed expertly by the sales team. Particular mention to Zurenu for her patience and perseverance throughout a lengthy sale process but the result was achieved for both buyer and seller. Thanks to KFH.

GoogleAdam was extremely focused on selling my property. He ensured a good traffic of interested potential buyers. Good communication with me on preferred showing times. Transaction was difficult as it involved multiple parties but Adam managed that well and efficiently, Adam also went above and beyond in his effort to agree sale and finalise transaction. Very pleased, would recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have been happily using KFH for a while now to manage the rental for one of our properties and more recently they supported us in the sale of a property, and they did a really great job! Special call out to Jonathan who was incredibly patient and supportive, even on my grumpy days. GoogleRafal is one of the best agents I had the pleasure to work with. I meet lots of agents due to my relocation job, and I have to say that he really stood out from the others. He is extremely polite, not pushy and very well informed on his properties. It was great to meet him and I will be glad to work with him again in the future.

GoogleWe worked with Colin and Tom at Belsize office of KFH to find a rental property for our client at The Urban Collective. They were highly organised and helpful, specially when it came to dealing with the details of lease documents / reference checks etc. Very approachable and communicative. Do look them up if you are searching for a rental property in Swiss Cottage / Belsize Park and nearby areas.
