I found him very pleasant to work with. He and the team guided me through all necessary paperwork processes to complete the documentation. While renting in London has become quite the adventure in recent years, I felt supported throughout the process by the Belsize Park KFH team.

GoogleFantastic experience with Josh Colin and the team. They made the whole experience of selling my late dads flat very easy and fast and were polite and very communicative throughout. This was inspite of the fact that there were three of us making descisions which made things slower from our end. But they remained patient.

GoogleSome Estate Agents don't have the best reputations but I have to say that Peter and the team were completely open, offered sound and pragmatic advise and were throughly professional and amiable through out the sale. Selling is rarely straight forward, but this time around I never felt stressed. Thank you.

The team at KFH were professional, efficient and super helpful in working with me to find the right tenant and then to deliver on all the administrative work that accompanies renting. I would recommend them highly and it's really helpful to have a great agent if you live outside of the UK.

She made everything easy and was always willing to accommodate our schedules. We’re now living in a terrific flat and have Sabrina to thank for that!
