GoogleFantastic experience with Josh Colin and the team. They made the whole experience of selling my late dads flat very easy and fast and were polite and very communicative throughout. This was inspite of the fact that there were three of us making descisions which made things slower from our end. But they remained patient.

GoogleWe recently rented our new place from KFH with Haydar. His service was exceptional and he really had a personal touch. He remembered my requirements and informed me as soon as a suitable place came on the market. From then he negotiated our needs with the landlord and ensured we had a smooth and easy tenancy process, with regular communication throughout. We couldn't be happier and I would definitely recommend and go to him again in future if I need to. Truly exceptional service - thank you

GoogleOur experience working with KFH was very good. Our agent, Joshua Wilson, was on top of every detail from day one. He was extremely helpful and found us a place in no time. I 100% recommend working with him. Charmaine was also amazing, very easy to work with, very helpful and really nice!!

GoogleGreat service, everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs, especially Tunde and Giulia. The process of setting up the agreement after I made the initial offer was super quick, slight delays here and there but otherwise excellent. 5/5

GoogleJake and his team at KFH in England's Lane did a fantastic job for us. They sold our apartment in just five days! They were highly professional and maintained great communication between the buyers and us throughout. Would gladly recommend to anybody selling a home (and indeed have done so twice already!).

GooglePeter West has been a star. Not only has Peter been polite, kind and handled the purchase with sensitivity, he has co-ordinated everything so this has happened in the time frame set out at the beginning. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property in NW3.

GoogleSome Estate Agents don't have the best reputations but I have to say that Peter and the team were completely open, offered sound and pragmatic advise and were throughly professional and amiable through out the sale. Selling is rarely straight forward, but this time around I never felt stressed. Thank you.

GoogleVery happy with the professional service I received in renting my flat in NW3. The team at KFH were professional, efficient and super helpful in working with me to find the right tenant and then to deliver on all the administrative work that accompanies renting. I would recommend them highly and it's really helpful to have a great agent if you live outside of the UK.

GoogleSabrina Hamzaoui was terrific to work with. She was patient and understood our needs and wishes. She helped negotiate and got us everything we wanted. She made everything easy and was always willing to accommodate our schedules. We’re now living in a terrific flat and have Sabrina to thank for that!

GoogleHad a great experience with KFH. Randall handled all my questions, some of which were quite silly, with patience and professionalism. Would recommend.

GoogleGreat service from these guys. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my sale done. I’d especially recommend Adam for his perseverance. I know that they get paid based on the sale, but they really do put in the hard graft.

GoogleKFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.
