GoogleI cannot recommend highly enough the team at KFH’s Belize Park office. Buying and selling a house can be such a stressful process, but KFH really helped to take the stress out of everything and make things as easy as possible for us. Everyone we have dealt with at the branch has been fantastic, but a special mention is needed for Peter who handled our particular sale. He was such a pleasure to deal with and made sure he kept us updated regularly on every element of the process. GoogleAlways felt like KFH was professional and transparent until we had an incident with this branch. Our offer was accepted but Peter West didn’t hesitate to show the property to other buyers and found somebody who can pay more, ended up cancelling our process. We were even working with their own mortgage advisors and started the application. I know legally they can do this but it’s not ethical.

GoogleKFH Belsize Park - Worse Estate Agency in London - anyone coming from abroad please STAY AWAY from these thieves. They are absolute SCAMMERS. They are showing fantastic luminous big flats, but selling completely different ones. Making tenants sign different properties on contract. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 👎 They say to tenants they must wait until the 25th to get the walls painted, new beds, furniture. Below you can see what they hand over. No dining table, old mattresses, dirty walls. Absolute SCAM. It is a joke if they think tenants are gonna spend over £800 to sleep in that plastic bed. If you can call that a bed. You can see pictures attached in the photo section. Spread the word 🙏 Share, share, share!

GoogleWe have been dealing with a number of agencies in the last 7 years, but I have to admit KFH is by far the best. Andre Williams, the letting agent who assisted us in finding our property, is a honest and reliable guy. He has been supporting us during the entire letting process and he has also found a replacement tenant for our previous flat. The landlord was so impressed that has decided to appoint KFH as new property managers. Definitely recommended.

GoogleFergus at KFH did an amazing job at shortlisting some properties for us to rent-at relatively short notice-all of which would have been suitable so listened to our requirements! He arranged a visit for my wife while we were visiting from Wales and again for me in the same evening we agreed to rent it immediately. Charmaine at KFH dealt with the move in documentation very efficiently, answered some questions really quickly. The service felt very personal. I can't fault it.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. Right from the start they offered us an excellent service and provided us with a virtual tour on short-notice. From there we were already comfortable to make an offer on our new home and the application/referencing process progressed smoothly. Overall, the KFH team (Alessia, Jasmin and Colin) was very helpful, had swift turnarounds and were friendly to chat with.

GoogleScammers. We were in dispute with the landlord about the deposit. They, in a total deliberate way, tried to lose time, lied in their emails and delayed any communication to make the 3 months you have to dispute a deposit pass. The day after the 3 months they cut the communication. I hope they can sleep well at night. Deliberate scam
