GoogleTwice we put an offer on a flat with Kerr & Co. The first time we were told there were two offers and the landlord had chosen the other. We were advised to be quick and put an offer on the second one because we hadn’t been quick enough the first time. We were led to believe there was no reason why the landlord wouldn’t accept us. Nobody replied to our making an offer at all, and when we asked for an update two days later we received a very blunt, rude reply saying it was a no, with absolutely no explanation. Lazy and uncaring.

He has been very helpful in assisting in getting us sorted, and communicated quickly and clearly when our rental application was under review. He gave sound advise on making sure our application (more complex than most as we just moved to the UK) met all the needed criteria. Thanks for your good service David

GoogleWent to a viewing and wanted to book a second one for the next day to show my partner but the female agent didn’t want to write it in her diary she had on her even though I offered her a pen as she didn’t have her one just saying she’ll remember tomorrow and the time in head. The next day arrives so I turn up at the property but there’s no sign of her so ring the office to be told that it’s already been let and should’ve been contacted and that the agent is on her day off. Very unprofessional as it was a total waste of my journey and day. A simple text or phone call letting me know an offer had been put through the day before would’ve been appreciated. Next time I suggest making use of a pen or cancelling viewings if properties go off the market not wasting people’s time.
Dear Natalie, I am concerned to read your review, we take each viewing seriously and have an organised computer based diary system so we can give landlords and tenants 24 hours notice before we conduct any viewings. The flat you were viewing was on a multiple agency and I wonder if it is possible you may have attended the viewing with a different firm. We would willing to discuss it with you further. GoogleIt’s quite rare to get perfect estate agent. But Kerr&Co at Shephards bush deserves whole hearted appreciations. David the sales manager made sure we had a nicely agreed terms and arranged multiple viewings. Audrey Saxton then took over as service manager and has been quite responsive. We had quite pleasant stay at rented property all because of David And Audrey. Well done Kerr & Co

GoogleWhere do I start. Arranged a viewing for a house two days beforehand. It was booked for 12pm, I drove 4 hours from home and woke up at 6am to attend the viewing. I received an email at 11:30am saying the viewing was cancelled and there was nothing that could be done. Appalling service, try to avoid if possible!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
