Great property company, have been renting with them for a few years now. Any issues I have they get sorted and i am always met with a lovely email. Susana is a fabulous property manager and makes you feel taken care of. The whole team is sound and I could not recommend renting with Kerr and co more

Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

Dear Deniz We are sorry you at your frustration and upset, but please note, your offer was accepted in good faith. Unfortunately on reflection the landlord decided not to proceed, it was their decision and your deposit was returned promptly and in full . The landlord has the ultimate say and made the decision not to proceed further with the letting. Furthermore you came to us in December 2024 - since then we understand you have managed to find new properties to rent, we wish you good luck in your future expansion in your letting / renting business. Over the last 18 years the team at Kerr & Co have helped me buy a house, sell a house, rent out a flat and sell a flat - so I have had close and long-term experience of both their sales and lettings teams. They have, on all fronts, been consistently excellent and, just as importantly, have always been a pleasure to deal with. Their local knowledge is a huge plus and I’m sure this is why working with them feels a bit different from some of the other, larger estate agent groups. Kerr & Co were very helpful in finding myself and my boyfriend a one bedroom flat. In particular David was very helpful with any questions we had and responded very quickly in order to make the renting process as quick as possible. He was available on email and phone so very easy to reach and we had a very smooth experience.

We have had Kerr&Co manage our rental property for about 4 years now. They are EXCELLENT and our contact Susana Garcia-Diez is the ABSOLUTE BEST. From arranging works, to updating our rental property in line with new laws that are passed, to renewing contracts and finding excellent tenants - they honestly do it all and more. Because they are smaller than your typical property chains, they are much more responsive and customer care is top notch. Plus, they work as a team instead of trying to up one another and it shows. Thank you Susana and Team for making our already busy life less stressful. :)

Just moved in one of their flats, Fred was our letting negotiator. He is a very genuine and professional guy and will highly recommend him to anyone in the future. We also met our property manager Susan, she was also very friendly and helpful. This agency truly feel like a honest and reliable family owned business which is quite special in London's market, glad we came across them.

David has been excellent in getting out flat sold. The sale wasn’t straightforward, lot of moving parts, original buyer fell through, etc, however thanks to David’s proactiveness, his positive attitude, easily contactable and ability to remain engaged in the sale throughout, he made the whole process relatively stress-free. I would definitely use again, very professional and great local knowledge.
