Very rude! We had a viewing booked at 10:45, no one showed up and when we called, they yelled at us that we should wait and stop bothering them. We left immediately. Very bad service!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Our negotiator was waiting for you as she had already shown 3 sets of prospective tenants . We said we would wait for you . Went in there and the manager/owner seemed in bad mood . They try to portray themselves as a “family” independent estate agent . In fact the truth is they aren’t any better at service !

I bought a flat through Kerr and Co and found their friendly, non-pushy attitude very refreshing. They were hugely attentive, trustworthy, efficient and reliable and their knowledge of the area is exceptional - you would be pushed to find better. i found the experience seamless and professional and would not hesitate in recommending them.
