FacebookAbsolutely unprofessional, unethical, careless and shameless company. I really doubt any of the good reviews are real, just the fact that reviews on most platforms are either 1 star or 5 stars give you a clue that they may be using friends to manipulate their scores, I really cannot understand it otherwise. I wish I had checked them before... they use unfair trading practices to get you into the contract and once they have your money, that’s it, they’re done, service completed. Unlawful statements and threats seem to be their common practice, they just make them so naturally that it is absolutely unbelievable. 4th time I moved in East London, 1st time I received such a poor service. Funny enough, they claim to be the best agents in East London!

FacebookI’ve no idea where to start and finishing commenting how they handle maintenance issues and their customer service is simply so poor. Tenants have many duties and no rights! If not the right to get at ‘we apologise’ to any issue! An update on my review..... I’ve envíen been told that as tenant I’m not even considered a customer! And that landlord are entitled to ask for any sum of money even though the reason goes against the tenancy agreement!!!!

After looking for more than 2 months for flats and meeting lots and lots of agents, he is one of the best. Professional, cooperative, fast response, reachable, friendly and above all problem solver. GoogleI lived in a flat that was managed by Keatons for 3 years and had a terrible experience from start to finish. The letting agent who showed us the flat originally was incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. I asked simple questions about things like smoke detectors I received patronising comments (I'm American) along the lines of "I don't know what it's like where you come from, but over here..." I also had an issue with my visa expiring before the end of the tenancy and had to renew it via express service within a week or I would lose my holding deposit. Uncompromising and unhelpful at best. On move-in they neglected to have the flat professionally cleaned. Throughout the tenancy, they would procrastinate on major maintenance works. We reported water damage after a storm that went unfixed for over 6 months. Finally, on checkout they proposed £500 worth of unnecessary or unreasonable deductions including £130 for smoke alarms that weren't functioning when we moved in, £80 to change a lightbulb, and £180 for "repairs" to a blind that was in perfect working order. I knew lettings agents were awful but Keatons takes the award for worst agency I've ever come across. I can't believe they even get paid for this.
