Having moved recently in a flat found with Keatons, I would like to acknowledge Jay Smith’s prompt help in resolving any issues I’ve encountered with the flat, which usually happens at the beginning of all tenancy. Jay takes the issues seriously and tries to be as accommodating as possible when managing the property. I do recommend!

Both me and my boyfriend were looking to relocate to london from Ireland. Lauren wood was a pleasure to deal with. She made the move very smooth and pleasant. We were unable to fly over to view the house so she arranged a virtual viewing until we could get flights. She was beyond helpful and answered every question quick and efficiently. We had a great experience with Keatons. Me and 2 colleagues were looking for a flat that would suit us. We have met the agent Shaun Datngarm that showed us few options with our requests, we found the perfect property on the 2nd viewing. The agent was extremely friendly and made a very quick connection between us and the landlord. We can also notice a huge difference of professionalism between the previous companies we tried to this one. And this absolutely made us trust the agency. I definitely recommend.

I’ve used Keatons’ various services for a number of years. I have always found the staff to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - and they have never put profit over personal service like so many of their rivals. I would single out Mark and Michael from the rental department and OJ from sales. Old school - and very highly recommended.

GoogleI had 5 agents visit our property and the figures ranged that I couldn't be confident that I was being given an accurate valuation on two properties following the split of our house into a basement and ground/first floor flats. I called Keatons as the 6th agent and Debbie Blow visited the appointment. Her prestenation lasted 75 minutes and her valuations were consistent with what I felt both properties would achieve. Also there were no mistakes careless comments that some agents make not realising every word is listened to in evaluating the agents suitability to sell. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Keatons to sell your property they are a class act very impressed. I'm giving them 5 stars being in my opinion totally deserved on valuation.
