Pleasant tenancy onboarding experience with Keatons

I viewed two flats with Keatons, the 2nd of which I've recently moved into and am happily settling in :) The process between making an offer and signing the lease agreement was straightforward and timely.Daniel, the agent who handled my case, kept me updated with the status of my tenancy journey throughout each step, up to the collection of my keys on moving day which was very comforting given how stressful flat hunting can be.

Rental Process - Easy & Great Customer Service

Mark from Keatons was great. He was responsive and friendly from the beginning. He always followed up and kept me updated on my rental process from start to finish. It made the whole process painless and very easy to understand. Also the site for contracting and reference checks was easy to use and provided all the proper information to help me with my tenancy.

Arshi Mohid has been superb and incredibly helpful

Have a great experience as a tenant through Keatons at the moment, and an important factor playing into that has been to recieve excellent help through communicating with Arshi. Whenever something has occurred she´s been very tentative in listening to the issue, as well as being hands on to help resolve it quickly.
