The house search full package

Having to look at so many estate agents can be an arduous task, but I found Keatons have a great variety and large volume of properties coming on the market, so I was happy to just use them for my property search. The agents were also great, Justine in particular was with us every step of the way, regularly getting in touch with new properties that matched our search, and being fast and flexible for booking viewings.

I just want to leave a quick review about my experience with Keatons purchasing a flat as a first-time buyer... I would like to thank Keatons for their assistance through the process of purchasing a flat. As a first time buyer it wasn't easy at the beginning but all my questions were answered immediately and in a professional way, no matter how silly they were. Especially Rory, who showed me many flats, was very kind and helpful at all times! I just found it a bit confusing being pushed back and forth between different sales coordinator during the process. It seemed that either one of them was always on annual leave. But still the communication between them was working fine. Thanks Keatons!

I had a great experience with the tenancy co-ordinator, Natalie Craddock. She was absolutely amazing from day 1 right until the end of my tenancy. She was helpful, responsive, polite and made the effort to get things sorted. I would 100% recommend her and would give her 5 stars. The reason I have given 4 is because I feel the other department I worked with were not as efficient and helpful as Natalie.

I have to say I was presently surprised to find that the team at Keatons when we instructed them to rent out my Dads flat were so helpful they explained the process clearly and were competitive against some of higher priced agents in the area. And have to give a special thanks to Lara who honestly went out of her way to help us when we were signing contracts and made everything crystal clear in respect of what would pay and what we would actually receive at the end of every month which is the most important thing in my eyes or why bother using an agent in the first place? Fantastic service and I will be using them again when | sell my flat next year once my baby arrives.
