A good example of positive communication and support for both client landlord and tenants. Tenants reported mould on bedroom ceiling Keatons liaison officer sent tenant handbook and recommendation for products to remove mould. Kept me informed, as landlord, and then reported back in a timely fashion that tenant had followed recommendations and were very happy that problem was resolved

We worked with OJ Aksu in purchasing a flat managed by Keatons. I can say without fear of exaggeration that OJ's professionalism was simply outstanding. He not only responded to our queries with exemplary promptness and accuracy but he also proactively pursued the sales process on both sides of the conveyancing. His knowledge of the property market in London also put in perspective a number of our questions and concerns, which facilitated our decision to purchase the property. In short, OJ is truly an asset to Keatons.

We recently sold our property via Keatons (after buying it through them 10 years ago) and had a very positive experience. Their marketing and network helped to attract buyers from the broader london area and secured an offer within 2 weeks of putting the property on the market. As a result we achieved a higher price than we had initially hoped for. They also have a dedicated team that supports the conveyancing process and made sure both sides were sticking to deadlines.

Justine in Keatons is very helpful and cooperative. I got myself into a situation where I had to back off the agreement because I couldn't afford the rent. But Justine explained my situation to Landlord and help me secure the same rental property for lesser rent. She was very neutral in the entire process and acted in the best interests of both me and Landord.

They have a good and easy reporting system in place, and usually provide a prompt resolution to any issue with the property. Absolutely awful estate agents. Couldn’t fix basic issues in our flat, they use awful tradesmen who literally cause more damage than they fix. Keatons served a us section 21 notice on a Friday afternoon two days after a flood in our flat. No willingness to help tenants whatsoever, a money grabbing establishment with no empathy and disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs.
