GoogleI called and tried to arrange a viewing for my Relative with a limited command of language. The Lady name Rose or Rosie (not sure if its her real name) was so rude and aggressive. Her attitude was so horrible as if we have just done something wrong to her family and her life. My phone call was at 2:00PM on Saturday 03/02/2024. The lettings manager really needs to take a look into this. This clearly signify that I should bring the business somewhere else.

OJ very helpful and responsive. His character and ability at his job made the purchase more straightforward. He worked with my time restrictions After his involvement was passed on to Chloe I found it less satisfactory. The timings and pressure on my time were inappropriate especially as there had been a delay from when I had booked leave in Feb and the ability to contact her difficult. I didn’t feel I had reasonable communication at that point being away from the Kentish Town branch

Top class experience so far with Marc Nicklin. He's a thorough professional and takes his work seriously - he responded to us even though he was off work due to illness, that speaks volume of his work ethic. He has been really easy to reach out whenever we need answers to our queries.
