Daniel Thomas has been our main point of contact and he's a stellar guy, very friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a great experience finding a property with Keatons. Charlotte showed us around a few places and was very honest with the popularity of the flats and how likely we were to get it, which is hard to get out of most estate agents. It very much felt like it wasn’t a money grab and that they did genuinely want to find you a home, and they were very helpful with the move-in process. The professional cleaners missed some areas but they had no issue sending them back to revise them. Thank you Keatons!

It seems to me that the seller wasn’t particularly in a hurry to complete despite having made aware of my personal constraints. It was great to be able to share my concerns and situation openly to Chloe and see progress happening shortly afterwards. On the minus side, it was a shame the seller played hardball on the dampness issues as I expressed concerns about it at the viewing and was assured that the price would be negotiable if the survey found something (which it actually did). Incidently quotes I’ve already received slightly exceed the price reduction.

Dreadful experience from Keatons Lettings, Mile End. A totally unacceptable and very costly four month void on a fully re-decorated house with garden brand new windows throughout. The quality of decoration/repair work done by Keaton's contractor was appalling, yet despite the guys from Keatons agreeing on-site that this was the case, they defended their contractor leading to further delays rather than resolution. Astonishingly I was told that the quality of workmanship for rental properties is different to that done privately! Their contractor's work remains unfinished; thankfully I sourced the new windows myself from a reputable company.Keatons always had an excuse for the unacceptable amateurish work done, and consistently attempted to blame me rather than act in my interest as their client. The Keatons representatives I encountered were full of self-praise, yet the their behaviour towards me I left me feeling unheard, disappointed and angry. Naturally I did not continue with their fully managed service!
