Lauren Wood has been particularly helpful and has assisted with sorting a number of building issues swiftly as well as spending a significant amount of time ensuring the process went smoothly. While trying to find a property, Keatons have been an amazing company to work with, with their prompt responses, professional persona and overall helpfulness. Oscar Pace, our letting agent, in particular was a joy to speak to and always kept us in the loop with the status of the property and what we can expect. Right up until move in, nothing was left in their air and we were informed of all details. Natalie Craddock also aided in the smoothness of our move in. We are incredibly happy with our new property and look forward to our stay here.

Oscar was great and really listened to what I was looking for and what worked and didn't work with viewings. Ended up securing a property with another agent, but would 100% work with Oscar at Keatons again in any future flat searches!

We are renting with Keatons in Deptford London. Lauren has been really helpful and responsive throughout the process, making it a good experience to secure and move into the property. Administration and having the contract sorted took a bit longer than necessary, but these were only minor hick ups. Overall a good experience renting from Keatons.
