We have not gone through a proper welcoming in the new flat, entering without even knowing where to look for Meter readings, bin or any other sort of information about the building. We entered the flat and it was completely dirty although it has been claimed that professional cleaning has been done. Absolutely a poor experience.

GoogleHeavily favoring the interests of landlords, perhaps even addressing them exclusively. Dissatisfied with the customer service and the way clients are treated, I had to stop working with the agent and deal only with the manager due to unprofessionalism. If you are looking to rent, take your business elsewhere. Otherwise, expect to be taken advantage of.
