I was informed that my offer was accepted via WhatsApp from Chante, and was told they would take off the listing online for me. I was also never asked for a holding deposit which is usually the way to handle an accepted offer, so I thought it was very strange that they told me the listing would be taken down. When I asked for any updates, I would be left with “I’ll call you in 10” but was never called and left with no response. I called the office multiple times and hung up on multiple times. When I shared my frustration with their manager, Pavlo, they were confused why I was under the impression that I had the flat bc in their records show there was no offer accepted. Never received an apology. Only excuses as to why Chante was responding the way she did. Unprofessional and very unresponsive company. I can only imagine what it might be like as a tenant with any concerns if they’re like this from the beginning.

This real estate office is one of the worst in the area. At first, I was welcomed very well, but after signing the contract everything changed, especially from the employee named Rayan. I was asked to pay the full amount even though I provided all the required documents that prove I can pay monthly as an employee. I submitted everything, yet they insisted on a full year’s payment in advance. Less than a week later, they requested a visit to inspect the apartment. I agreed, but no one showed up. Two days later, they asked again, and this continued for two months. I couldn’t enjoy a single weekend. When I stopped responding, they opened the apartment while I was asleep more than once, which terrified me, and some belongings went missing, whether taken by them or someone else, I don’t know. I was shocked by their rude, harsh behavior and complete lack of respect and professionalism. I felt as if I were living in a charity housing unit, not in an apartment I paid a large amount for in one full payment. They are basically a whole gang managed by a director who runs things randomly, claiming he is related to the tower owner. That is not a valid reason for such actions. I have never seen or dealt with a real estate office as terrible as this one. I warn everyone against them. And at the end of the contract, I did not receive my security deposit, they stole it like professional thieves.

Jose Pereira has been amazing!

Jose Pereira has been a life saver so far. We’ve had many property managers before him who spent months trying to resolve the many issues in the apartment. Jose’s dedication and hard work fixed them in a few weeks. There’s still some lingering issues which Jose is supporting on. He’s very understanding and provides the best support. Would’ve given 5 stars if it were for Jose only, cause he’s been truly amazing - but removing 1 star because of the many horrible and unprofessional property managers we’ve had before him.

This was my second time looking for a rental property in London but it was by the far the most seamless process of the two! Have been renting from John’s and Co for the last eight years that I’ve been in London and Sam has been the best agent ever when it comes to helping me sort out and find a flat and . He really cares and helps find the best deal every single time . even when I’ve had other issues whether it was with a person taking care of my flat or renewing a contract he’s always made sure to participate in making sure that it was as efficient and as stress for me as possible . Every appartement I’ve lived in was found by him and he is very easy to join anytime. We sold our Royal Wharf flat through Tee who was our agent. We were really happy with his services. Firstly, we sold our flat at a price point that was satisfactory for both us and the buyer. His viewings seemed to have focused on people who were looking for a place similar to ours (often times, with other agents, you will find them booking viewings for the sake of booking even when a prospective buyer is looking for a place with a completely different spec). Finally, he was easy to get in touch with over mobile/whatsapp which made communicating much easier. A great team of friendly people

Our experience with finding and getting setup with our rental property was really professional and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and responsive (Anthony, Amy, Marwa). My experience with John & Co was great! Bethel Gamma and her team have worked hard and carefully to ensure that the contracts have been executed perfectly for several years in a row, and that any problems encountered during the execution of the contract have been followed up and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The rent was collected on time and the new contract has been renewed. I don't live in London and I feel very satisfied entrusting my flat to John & Co.
