So far she has been very helpful and kind and helped in arranging professional cleaning of our town house before our arrival, then checked all the keys for us at our arrival and keep following up the weeds overgrowths in front and backyards for us

GoogleRare that you're left with a positive impression of an estate agent but Johns have done well. We brilliantly planned things so we had to renew a tenancy in October 2022 which could have gone badly. However we agreed a - unwelcome but sensible - rent increase, signed everything and are sorted all by email in a few weeks. Duncan was very responsive and sensible.

Our property manager, Lauren, was kind and openly communicated with us. During our tenancy and checkout, Lauren informed us of what needed to be done and what was required from us. Our checkout was close to the holiday period, but Lauren still ensured that we adhered to what was expected from us. This ensure a smooth handing over, and Lauren, again was exceptional in explaining details until the very end.
