We had a really good experience with John's & Co Royal Wharf throughout our tenancy. Due to outside factors, our initial renting was really rushed, and they were really accommodating.They dealt with maintenance issues in a good timeline.When we had to deal with building management through them, they were firmly on our side.They were also very reasonable during negotiating a new contract.If you are looking to rent in E16, they are really quite good.

GoogleHorrible experience. I rented a flat with a mould on the shower ceiling, they promised to fix the issue after I move in. Then they proceeded to ignore me for 1 and a half years. In that time the mould developed, and water damage worsened. I started spamming them with emails for 3 months after a year of being ignored and they finally fixed it. Mould developed so badly whole shower ceiling had to be removed and replaced. Now, when I ask them about compensation, they again just ignore me. Stay away from these guys, bad experience even by london agent standards.

GoogleThe real estate agent delayed the process to secure more offers for the landlord, even after I had paid the deposit. I only found out that the landlord hadn’t agreed to the utility payments when I encountered issues and asked about it, they never proactively informed me.
What’s worse, they claimed the deposit refund would take 3, 5 days, but in reality, it took more than two weeks. Every time I followed up, they postponed the timeline again, clearly trying to hold on to the deposit for as long as possible. Think twice before using this agency!
Be cautious of the agent named Andr* Walla**. Terrible experience.
