I have been very satisfied with the service from John&Co since I entrusted them with managing my property. They have even set up a dedicated WeChat service group, specifically for Chinese landlords. I would especially like to thank my current property manager, Mr. Sam, for his professionalism and promptness in resolving issues between me and my tenants, as well as for maintaining the property in excellent condition.

Really enjoyed dealing with Mardoche and Candice as part of the letting process for one of the agency’s properties.Mardoche (lettings negotiator) was flexible with the initial viewing time slot as he agreed to meet after the working hours. His support over email and whatsapp during the whole process made it smooth and transparent.Candice (lettings administrator) was also a pleasure to work with as her comms were clear and easy to follow. I always knew what are the next steps during the process.

Unfortunately very bad experience in check in and check out process with them. They clearly hide the fact that the apartment has a problem with reception. After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.
