If you're considering purchasing a property, steer clear of them. Their entire team failed to disclose that the house I was interested in had failed a safety test and required cladding replacement. I only discovered this issue after persistently questioning the estate agent, who had repeatedly assured me that the property was fully compliant. I'm uncertain who is to blame, but I'm appalled that such basic safety requirements were overlooked. I've wasted three months dealing with this situation.

GoogleCompletely dissatisfied with the service. 1. Be careful as the flat you rent could be for sale and they won’t tell you until you move in. After they will start harassing with calls and viewings even if you refuse them. 2. The agents are not attentive at all , we were without heating in the flat for weeks in winter without anyone even responding to us. 3. They don’t return full deposit even after you agree. After negotiating on the deposit return, where they wanted to charge us for things which previously were already in the flat. They didn’t return the fully agreed deposit hoping we would not notice a difference of £500. If I could put zero stars , I would

Mr. Param Virdee is a very helpful and capable property manager. He resolved the return mails problem fir me as a tenant. There were many Royal mails belonged to landlord, who is living in London, delivered to my address in Manchester. Given the fact that I don't know landlord's address. Mr. Param Virdee informed landlord to update his/her address with respective parties and asked the local property agent to collect all mails from me for redirect to landlord.
