We required some blinds from one of our apartments to to be deinstalled and be delivered to a London address. Beverley at John&Co was very helpful in assisting and arranging this service. All went well, timely delivery and very efficient.

Olivia Wietecka has been super helpful in making sure our end of tenancy process was as smooth as possible. She was following up on matters in timely matter and stayed organized throughout so that all outstanding items are resolved. She even spoke with our utility providers to close out the account and ensure remaining credits are refunded. Highly recommend Olivia for her professionalism!

Called to enquire about renting a property after renting privately for over 15 years,just to be told by John’s & Co that the landlord has a right to refuse DSS ! Clearly they have no understanding of DISCRIMINATION OR THE UPDATED LAW. It’s illegal to refuse anyone that can afford to pay the rent who’s on DSS. I asked the lady for her name which she refused to give and said “she didn’t feel comfortable”After giving me the unlawful & illegal speech. Then the lady put the phone down after I told her what she’s saying is unlawful, she then refused to pick up the phone after I called repeatedly, someone else more qualified answered eventually however, she then sent over links that didn’t even work. Tell me they are discriminating without telling me. Now we know how corrupt John’s and Co are.Disgusting, this will be a law suit waiting to happen.

I have rented my new apartment through this agency and it has been a very smooth experience so far. Oluwafemi Fadeyi, Helena Penn and Rachael Adeyemo helped me a lot. Oluwafemi and Helena were always efficient, communicative and earnest to answer my questions when they helped me sign the contract and complete the preparation for the rental. After I moved in, the communication between my property manager Rachael and me was always timely and effective, and she would solve my problems in the first place. Thanks for their help!

Hello everyone! I will not suggest John.co estate agent to anyone. I have moved out of the rental home, and I have not received a response from the estate agent regarding my deposit. They sent me bills for inventory check out, which is not true at all; they are proper thieves and impolite. Make sure you are careful with Laura robson , I don’t t recommend this person . I’m not satisfied, don’t trust to this 💩 estate agent at all , all of them doggy

I have dealt with Andrew Shek for the first time 3 years ago when I purchased the flat at Royal Wharf when I went to meet him , I had many other options with other agents but Andrew gave me the reassurance of a personal service and that's what I have been getting ever since I just go direct to him with any queries .Andrew as just re let my flat to new people and again I can't fault his passion .If you want a good guy in lettings he is the man .

Our woes with johns and co continue sadly. All access tags are due to be updated today. Wait in line only to be told the tags we got from johns are not original and they refuse to help us. But wait we can pay £60 for new ones….but jokes on us as they suddenly refuse to issue knew ones without approval. We are told to call for help at the door….get there and system is offline….now we wait 20 min to sneak in with someone else. Call johns and log issue on system….get someone on the phone who promises to email the concierge to issue us new ones….3 hours later we try again….but surprise suprise they never mailed…we wait again to sneak in with someone else. Cant make this stuff up. So now half a day later and no responses and no help from anyone.
