GoogleWe have had an extremely frustrating experience with Johnson & Co. Their unresponsiveness is shocking, serious health and safety concerns, including mould in the bathroom and locked fire exit doors, went ignored for months. Emails and calls are routinely ignored, and when they do respond, it’s always delayed and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, they changed the appointed property manager without notifying us or providing any contact details, leaving us completely in the dark. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism has caused unnecessary stress and worry.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Johnson & Co to think twice dealing with them has been a nightmare.
