GoogleI had a viewing that was not what I was looking for, but Anneleen managed to find exactly what I was looking for and got me a viewing straight away even though I did not have an appointment! She was exceptionally helpful and patient with me as I forgot to check some things during my viewing.
I had a tight schedule to move in, and the team was very helpful throughout the process. Service has been great before and after letting agreed which is rare from my previous experiences with other agencies.
Would recommend and if they see this, thank you for making a stressful situation seamless.

GoogleThey will charge you unreasonable amount from your deposit at tenancy check-out. It has already been one month but I still havenβt received a check-out report. They can charge you excessive cleaning fee even without providing you with a check out report.
