It really takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but OZ managed it. Level of customer service that maybe a non-mainstream chicken / burger shop could get away with, but not Estate Agents. Steer clear.

Had several issues dealing with them called to tey to rectify, was promises a call back. Nothing! Went in branch asking to speak to a manager ... no manager available was promised one would get in touch. Still nothing. Dont seem to take data protection very seriously!

Avoid them. Probably the worst agent in Stevenage. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and sneaky. Some employee try to lie, hide information, and act on their interests solely. Overall, the quality of service is substantially lower than any other agents.

Both Tricia and Oliwia from the lettings team were very helpful in securing our tenancy. We were needing a place to rent asap - they were both so mindful of this. They were always available to get in contact with and completed all the tenancy paperwork in a couple days. Would recommend to anyone :)

Got the job done!! We Sold within 2 days of viewings had many lined up . Got exactly what we needed to make the move into the new property. We used open law there connected solicitors who did a great job sorting sale and purchase .

I have been chasing them for two weeks. They are very slow and don't bother to acknowledge emails. I have to keep calling them to pursue them or get an update. Very annoying and inconvenience.
