When I let out my flat at Coltman House remotely, they not only communicated to me regularly and handled viewings professionally but also let me know promptly with reasonable advice if any interiors needed work. The online methods of contract preparation and signing and reliably quick email replies were also important to me as a busy overseas landlord.
