Dear Bilguun-Ochir, we are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service you received. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to improving where necessary. Your tenancy was managed by the landlord directly but we were engaged to administer the early termination of your agreement. We communicated with you on the process and whilst we appreciate that you were not happy with the deductions made by the landlord due to your early termination, we have had made you aware of the costs on multiple occasions. Furthermore we advised you on how you could counter claim if required. Thanks.
