Can not thank the team at JW Wood enough, especially Julie and Hannah. Both of who have been great from the start. Julie was great during the initial viewing, answering questions, giving advice and generally being a great soundboard. Hannah has been a superstar, explaining everything along the way, always on hand to answer the mountain size of questions I've had, as well as communicating in a way that suits me due to work commitments. I can highly recommend Gary Stephenson and his team, particularly Hannah Howland for the first class service I have been given. My house went on the market on January 20 2023. I had a viewing on February 4 with a return viewing on February 19 and by February 22 I had accepted the offer and it is all up and running now. In just over 4 weeks my house has been sold subject to contract. I couldn’t ask for more! Well done to all concerned!

Property surveyed by Adrian and indicated that it was a desirable property and identified a target price. Returned quickly too obtain detail, take photo’s for sale preparation. Only negative observation is that it took two weeks to prepare presentation for marketing. On the positive side, the property detail, photographs and description were superb, extremely professional. This attracted very quick response from prospective buyers resulting in the first people through the door putting in an excellent purchase price. The three consultants, Jill, Vickie and Chloe, provided updates and communication and able to answer all my queries. JW Wood certainly delivered on their promises.

I recently made a formal offer on the River House in Eynsford through Bromley branch with Daniel, the agent handling the property. Despite making five separate attempts to follow up, via email, voicemail, and messages left with his colleagues, I have received absolutely no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is utterly unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It has left me with the strong impression that my offer was never even presented to the seller. The total radio silence raises serious concerns about the agent's competence and integrity, and the entire process has felt somewhat dodgy. I would strongly caution any potential buyers against dealing with this agent. Basic courtesy and professionalism appear to be entirely absent

Top marks to Blake Kingston

Blake Kingston is the guy you want when you need help. There was a difficult tenant leaving, incurred a debt with EDF and EDF disconnected the gas supply to the property. It proved almost impossible to get it reconnected - hours of phone calls, e-mails and messages over three weeks did not work. (Avoid EDF if you can). Blake provided an enormous help and managed what I was unable to achieve. He also provided competent advice and help with several other issues - cannot praise him high enough.
