As a first-time buyer, Mark Sugarman was helpful and made the process a walk in the park. He was professional and followed up as needed to ensure I was at ease and understood each step. Mark was friendly, transparent, and communicative, and I felt fully informed and knew what the next steps were with the mortgage. Each person approaches buying a house differently, but Mark made my experience awesome (the man who lights up the room is what I called him). I felt listened to in every conversation. His thoughtful attitude is much appreciated, and I’ve been very pleased with how smooth the process has been and how quickly! Thank you, Mark and your team in Rainham, Kent.

GoogleI was buying the property through John Payne Estate Agents. Jacqueline and Kevin in particular were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I can't highly recommend this agency. In the future if I were to sell the house, I would definitely use John Payne.

Stay away from these cowboys. Bunch of liars and useless. Had so much trouble at leaving a property I was renting because their new tenant failed to move in to a moldy house. Even after I gave all keys and cleaned house still tried to make me liable for rent & bills. Now after 2.5years I get letters to pay bills that the property was empty. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
