GoogleAfter initially deciding to stay in our own home we saw an ideal home with everything we wanted through Woods we decided to sell our home and for ease use woods also . Through the person who showed us round the house to the sales team and after sales team I cannot recomend them enough . They put up with my persistence ( mild Karen esk ) are always polite and so friendly and if everything does go through smoothly ( currently on the memorandum of sale ) brought in the correct buyer with a realistic price on the second viewing . I highly recommend

Impeccably well-mannered and polite with a great sense of humour! GoogleI was recommended and therefore approached JW Wood estate agent. Immediately I felt in good hands particularly the guidance given by Gary to address small areas before putting my home on the market. Gary arrived mid afternoon at the time agreed. He measured up and took all photos necessary, paperwork signed he was on his way. I've had two sales fall throu but the team ant JW WOODS have always been there to get things rolling again. A few 'tyre kickers' have viewed and made daft offers but thankfully my home is now sold. I cannot thank JW WOODS for their totally professional attitude throughout the whole period. My thanks go out to the whole team; Gary for all his advice, Sue and Kerry but my biggest thanks to Sandrine who kept me sane throughout. THANK YOU

GoogleWe’ve been delighted at the excellent service provided by JW Wood. We had good advice and information from the team from the start and were kept informed throughout. The property details looked great and the JW Wood team dealt with enquiries and viewings extremely quickly and professionally. Our house sold quickly and the team continued to support the sale through to completion. Particular thanks to Gary and Hannah who were so effective and great to work with. Thanks also to Sandrine and the rest of the team who were keeping everything moving along so well. Selecting an estate agent isn’t easy but we’ve been delighted with our choice. A first class service from start to finish!
