GoogleJust bought a house through John D Wood in Chiswick and they were excellent. I would highly recommend them. They were kind enough to give us two bottles of wine and a card when we got the keys to our new house which was a lovely surprise.

Terrible experience.They are unprofessional and unreliable.. Contacted agency and fixed a time view property in Headington, Oxford. I went and waited near the property and no one turned up. After 20-25 mins I called them again and they were saying let is already agreed on that property. They had no courtesy to inform me and the viewing schedule was not even in their dairy!! I would not recommend this agency.

Expect this company to be totally negligent returning your deposit (even if your landlord agreed for this to be released). They will make you chase your own money for weeks after you moved out, an absolute nightmare.

They are professional, care what you need, consider how you feel, do their best to find the balance between landlord and tenant, make it a win win situation. They keep caring you even after you move in, with detailed instruction and patience. I find them quite helpful and would love to recommend to others looking for a place to live.
