Really bad when it comes to services. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 2 months. Always some lame excuse for not paying back. There is an property manager named Moesha, who will never address any query but will just be harsh I hope to give below 1 star but that the least i can go.

TrustpilotDO NOT RENT WITH JOHN D WOOD UNLESS YOU LOVE STRESS 6 months of hell. No ventilation, health hazard.
They are the worst letting agent we’ve ever dealt with, do not rent or buy with this company, complete incompetence at all levels of management. They will cost you money, time, stress & potentially your health, it is not worth it! When we moved out we also recieved our deposit back in full just for clarity. (Though it took much longer than it should have)

Claire has been excellent in helping us find a rental properly from abroad. She was super flexible with our requirements and timing and always kept us in the loop once we found the property. She did an extra video viewing and asked many questions to current tenants on our behalf. I would highly recommend Claire and her team and if were to rent again would definitely use them!

I have a property which is fully managed by JohnDWoods , they couldn't renew my contract due to sick leave of their employee , they cant solve my problem I have to reach to tenant by myself and trying to solve the issues , 20 days pasts the contract end date .

This company make an appearance of disorganization, but could not possible stay in business, if they were, indeed, as disorganized as they appear. Having managed to fend me off for three days whilst I was house-hunting in France; I finally found that the gem of a house I had found - in Perpignan - was taken off the market; in order that it could be purchased by a relative of one of the partners/directors of John D Wood. Worse than inefficient and unprofessional ... very close to fraudulent! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

GoogleJay was really great. Unlike other agents, he actually took the time to listen to what I wanted. He worked very hard to find flats that met those criteria and didn't waste my time showing me flat after flat. Communication was also excellent. Highly recommended.

I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

GoogleWe are experienced at buying and selling properties in London and when we started to assist our son in his search for a flat we proceeded with caution knowing that finding the right people to work with in the property business in London is not always easy. There is pretension and quite frankly dishonesty in this field, with many agencies looking at numbers and not at making people happy. However, from the moment we met Maria Oliveros we knew we were onto a winner. She listened, really listened to our needs and was transparent and honest with her answers to any questions. She got to know my son and his girlfriend, building a profile and matching their needs to the properties she found for them. She did not waste their time showing them properties that were not suitable just to get them through the door and fulfil a rota - as was the case with other agents - regularly kept them upto date with her search before hitting bingo a few months later. She is a diamond in the rough and we would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. Well done Maria!

GoogleI have dealt with Faron Sutaria in Notting Hill and Earl's Court for the last few years and I have found that their local knowledge, professionalism and attitude towards clients is head and shoulders above others that I have worked with. I have especially worked with Keri Mahmoud, Natalie Gold and Simon and with each and every one of the sales and purchases we have worked on they have always got the results. I would have no problem in recommending this team to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

It said, “If you would like to arrange a no-obligation market appraisal, please do not hesitate to get in touch..” I rang the office and made an appointment for the 7th of March. I was clear that I was not putting the house on the market right now.
