Woodberry Down is a growing new build development on the banks of the East and West reservoirs, with Tube and Rail stations both within walking distance. For shopping we currently have a small supermarket, an organic grocer (another larger supermarket will be opening soon, no brand decided yet, Berkeley still talking to Sainsbury, can we edit this at the last minute or change once it's open) a post office, newsagent, licensed café and beautician with a branded supermarket 'local' opening as well as a delicatessen. The apartments offer high spec living in a peaceful location, all apartments benefit from concierge service 24/7 and some have resident's facilities such as swimming pool, gym and spa.

GoogleCannot recommend the JLL team at Woodberry Park highly enough; we dealt with Peter, Rosie and Laura and they were all extremely efficient and quick to answer any questions we had. Finding a good agent in central London is near impossible but the whole process went without a hitch thanks to the team at Woodberry Park. We were even happy to pay the administration fees as the service was so good it was worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent to anyone looking for a property to rent.

GoogleReally impressive service from Hanan our letting agent. She was super fast at responding to my emails and arranging viewings. Would also like to mention that whilst she kept in touch very frequently during the search, she was never pushy to make us sign for something we weren’t 100% happy with or that was above our budget. We felt very comfortable asking any questions we wanted without feeling like we were committing to anything. Would highly recommend :) thank you!

GoogleWe have both rented and bought through JLL Finsbury Park now and we can highly recommend the service they provide. Rosie and the team at JLL are excellent. Rosie in particular helped to oversee the smooth purchase of our property; she chased up solicitors and the vendors and kept us in the loop at every stage of the negotiations. We can't recommend her enough. The whole experience was as easy as stress free as it could have been. We're very lucky to have found them.

GoogleI can’t thank JLL Woodberry Down enough. My lettings negotiator, Hanan, was the kindest and most helpful person as soon as she picked up the phone to me. Not only that, but she negotiated my dream flat for me at a time when it was really important for me to find my own space and feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate her professionalism but also her empathy. As far as the process between having my offer accepted and moving in. Hanan and the wider team, Stephanie and Tiffany, have been incredibly responsive and fast to answer any questions and offer me the information I need. Thank you!
