I had a short but truly appalling experience renting a property through JDM. They are unprofessional and irresponsible, putting both mine and my 4 year old daughter’s life at serious risk by renting out a property with major health and safety issues.

GoogleThere seems to be an awful lack of communication within the team- have to repeat ourselves multiple times to multiple different team members, which could be solved by a conversation between the team. It seems they are determined to appease their landlord clients and tenants unfortunately fall by the wayside.

Only viewed one rental property with the JDM Greenwich office but was highly impressed. E-mail and telephone communications to arrange this viewing went very smoothly indeed. Although the flat did not ultimately match my requirements, special mention should be made of the charming and personable Alex, who was also understanding when I was slightly delayed and very helpful when it came to answering my questions about the rental market. Overall, this company struck me as being a cut above other estate agencies.
