Friendly professional and effective staff and service!

I used JDM Chislehurst office to sell my property recently. The market had slowed when my property was first marketed but the Team remained enthusiastic and secured several viewings before obtaining an offer which was from a credible and viable individual. I recently sold my home through JDM

I recently sold my home through JDM. Initially we were going to use another local agent, but we felt they weren't particularly good. Turns out they weren't, so choosing JDM was a good choice. From day one Scott was fantastic. We had to move quickly to get our home on the market and Scott organised a really good photographer to come at short notice. The quality of the images was top notch, really made our home shine. That's what you want when selling! Communication was great and Scott had viewers through my door before the house had even been marketed. Shout out to Jake too who was very helpful and gave me regular calls with updates and feedback. All in all a great experience. I would 100% recommend JDM Estate Agents Eltham anyone local looking to sell and I will not be using anyone else in the future if I need to sell again.

Fantastic service, above and beyond!

My daughter and niece had to arrange moving into a new flat very quickly, and did so via the Greenwich office of JDM. The whole process took less than a week, and whilst there was as always a lot of paperwork to complete, whenever we had a question or an issue Pat was an absolute superstar and helped every step of the way - often responding to emails well outside of office hours as she knew about the tight timelines. Pat, you were brilliant! Mark was also very helpful and responsive when it came to references etc. I honestly cannot fault the service the team provided - thank you very much indeed.

How unlucky you are if you come across JDM

I have been a renter through JDM for almost 6 years. Unprofessional staff, unprofessional approach. My landlord has been convinced to sell her house around 1M and after 8 months it has been priced 600k through other agency. Obviously, they misdirected her and because of them I had to move out, found higher rent etc. The most disappointing moment was when they requested one day extra rent while moving out, even my landlord laughed and rejected it. Interesting to see how they are still around…Go off??? I don’t want to hear more of you bsht

The best way in the world to find a dentist and estate agent!

Suppose you wanted to find the best dentist in Eltham. You’d ask friends, neighbours and family and if one name came up more than, say, 2/3 times choosing would be a piece of cake. Same holds true if you’re looking for a home. So when our family said Kelly over at JDM did an amazing job for us we rang up, chatted and watched a Rolls spring into action on our behalf. Like dentistry, house hunting can be gut-wrenching but at no time did we not feel like we were the most important clients in Eltham.

As a renter/tenant, I cannot beat the ease of communication, openness and prompt responses. Mark, Patricia and Annie have been incredibly helpful throughout the process, and have quickly and efficiently ironed out any issues (minor items such as a damaged blind upon check in). I also have to say that the inventory that was conducted was incredibly thorough. Everyone in the office is friendly and easy to speak to. Honestly cannot fault these guys at all and would highly recommend.
