Kyle Williams at the Battersea branch has been absolutely great from start to finish. He’s given us quick updates where required and helped to make a complicated process as simple as possible. He’s been a great communicator and i’d recommend using JBrown for lettings - professional and supportive (which isn’t always the case in this market!).

Looking to rent, I saw a flat with agent Veronica, which I liked and made an offer on. She contacted me and told me that it looked like the landlord was going to accept my offer and asked for some more info the landlord wanted, which I provided immediately. Since then, she's disappeared. I've texted her several times on WhatsApp, she ignores my messages, doesn't even bother to read them or acknowledge them. Finally after being ghosted for a few days, I asked her to let me know if my offer was refused so I can start looking at other flats. Absolutely no response. I've never met a ruder or less respectful person working in a customer services role. Shame on you Veronica. Worst estate agent I've had the misfortune to work with.

Recently bought a property sold through JBrown. Generally rather responsive and flexible for booking viewings, etc. but pretty useless once there were any queries. Most disappointing, we weren’t provided a full set of keys on purchase - told to sort it ourselves with mgmt or ask our new neighbours to get copies. Not great. Unclear updates on what was delaying the purchase once all things were fulfilled on our side. Took lots of repeated questions to get any answers to minor queries on the property.

GoogleI can confidently say that JBrown are the most professional estate agency I have ever liaised with and thus would recommend them above any others. What I found most impressive about their line of business is their customer service as they are able to cater to the needs of both landlords such as myself and potential tenants. Furthermore, equally as impressive, they also attend to inquiries and minor issues faced as swiftly as possible, which is a mark of a committed business. Therefore, for those reasons, I have given two of my properties to them and will most definitely provide more their way for the foreseeable future.

GoogleWe are currently having a terrible experience renting Aveline Apartments on the Ridge Way in Croydon. Reported major leaks but repairs have been ignored for months. Mould growing and sewage smell, but landlord does nothing. Periods of complete radio silence.
