They booked in a viewing to a place that was already taken.Viewing was at 2 o'clock and they never messaged me about the place being taken off the market (Renting) call them all morning and nothing. So we thought we would turn up to the viewing, because why wouldn't you to the pace you feel like you want to move into. Only to be told after the viewing time had lapsed and 5 none answered phone calls, that the place has already got some tenants moving in. How hard is it for a company to ring you or email you telling you the place you have a viewing for, is gone. I emailed to complain and no reply to even say sorry. The lady on the phone hung up on me while I was asking a question, is there any other places around this area that are up for renting. Honestly, so poor, and do not use.

Can't fault JBrown when they sold a relatives house for me via probate sale. We couldn't get up to London because of the distance but they helped sort out clearance, gutter repair etc and kept us informed at every step. Emma particularly was extremely helpful with pulling ends together and being there if we had any questions or problems. I really cannot recommend them enough. They made a very stressful time for us as stress free as it could be!

GoogleLots of issues with right now. Renting Aveline on the ridge way in Croydon and it’s problem after problem. JBrown used to be great when we rented in Greenwich but for 12 the ridge way, it has been so poor. Leaks, mould, sewage, fire alarms, wrong electrical wiring, 3 bedroom instead of 4 as advertised, sharp building materials in the garden. Nothing is sorted after 6 months of chasing. Landlord comes inside the property whenever he wants and JBrown doesn’t do anything.

GoogleSuch a horrible company to get in contact with. Had a lot of properties for rent that I was interested in viewing.
Tried calling them on multiple occasions and days with no answer. And the one time they did reply, they took my details down and said they’d give me a call back.
It’s been a week since then and nothing from them. Absolutely awful experience, especially since properties go so quickly. Avoid at all costs, I would give them 0 stars if I could
